In order to add your property to our portfolio we are required by law to have copies of the documents pertaining to the property as follows:

• Land Registry Certification
• Copy of the Title Deeds.
• Copy of the last rates and refuse collection fee paid to Town hall.
• Last invoices for utilities: water, electricity, telephone etc.
• Copy of your NIE number
• Energy Efficiency Certificate
• Copy of the First Occupation License
• Details of the Management company for the Community of owners and fees paid.
